I’ve been moved to my home town due to Covid 19 in May end and requested airtel to stop services for my broadband in Mumbai but still its not closed when we tried to call them but are disconnecting our calls after listening, somehow we managed to get request number for deactivation of broadband but still there is no action by them. Somehow it seems like we’ve to pay again to Airtel for another month in case they didnt closed this.
