Hello,
I applied for a Home loan worth 34 lakhs
And was told I’ll be receiving the loan for 28.5 lakh as per eligibility criteria .
On 28th August 2022 agent named Tushar working for piramal housing finance head office pune Dugad chovk took me and my brother’s signatures and commited for handovering the DD worth 28.5 lakh on 31st August once the agreement is done .
And also asked to keep everything ready required for agreement , Agreement contains empty cheque details that we need to fill before registration .
Tushar told me disbursement will be done after the stamp duty is paid and for paying stamp duty we wanted and agreement draft which we had but cheque details were not there because tushar told me he’ll send a photo for cheque then we’ll add that cheque number in agreement then we’ll register that agreement.
After 2 days tushar told cheque is delayed and you wont be liable to pay the pre emi as the cheque is delayed also have the written proof for same.
Now he’s calling and asking to pay pre emi also has not handed over the cheque nor the photo but still asking us to pay pre emi worth Rupees: 7474 .
Its a humble Request Please look into this.
