I received a call from the company HR, a female and because of shortage of income due to lockdown and being jobless, I thought of doing some data entry job and signed an agreement thinking they were legit company. However, it came out to be fraud as they are not registered company in Ministry of Corporate Affairs. They don’t even have their company’s website.
They offered me 12 days of data entry job, which I did and completed, when submitted the work, they only found mistakes and denied to pay. And now with false agreement they are asking me to pay nearly 20000 for breach of contract, which is actually false, which was out of my knowledge of the contract because they weren’t transparent of it and made their own rules.
This is not the first time they did, many people have been victimized. They use false advocate and harass people for money in the name of breach of contract. They sign these contracts in false way without letting know the employee, without their consent. Just by asking Aadhaar card and signature photo and paste it on the contract form before hand without the consent of the employee. And even the contract form is fake.
They say they are Bengaluru based company, but they don’t exist because their location doesn’t show anywhere.
Please take strict action against this fraud company and the people who are behind this.
