We had opted for Airtel schemes for family as per Airtel executives’ details. Airtel didnot maintain that policy and charged wrongly. Inspite of several email correspondence, they did not resolve it instead deactivated our datacards and two numbers in family.
Due to this we are facing lot of troubles. Our office work and school attendence is hampered.
We tried to call executive but they have only provided electronic support which is ineffective. Once we were able to reach executive on phone, so briefed him case but he disconnected.
We have also written all this to their CEO desk but in vain.
Its Airtel who is responsible for our loss of work. Although its their executive’s mistake due to which they have disconnected our datacards against payment of few thousands. But due to Airtel we are suffering losses (at Job and child’s School) which is uncountable but should be in lakhs.
Airtel should pay us Rs 50000 p/m for all months they kept deactivated and should resume our services immediately.
