Dear sir,
An application named sharekaro used my mobile data since I have not used that app from last couple of months ,
Last night I have recharged 6 gb additional data plan on my jio number along with daily 2 gb plan but I forgot to turn off data in night and surprisingly when I saw mobile in morning there where 0 mb data left . I called jio customer care but they said that this usage is done through third party application they can’t help
Please help to get my data back and Fraud of data should be stopped also I wanted to know where data is consumed since I have not downloaded anything from any perticular application
