Hi Team,

 

This is issue I have experienced with AIRTEL.

This is really going out of control and i have gone through worst experience. No one gave me a proper response and resolution.

My Query: I have activated data booster pack of Rs. 300 which gives 50gb of data yesterday around 2:30pm through Airtel thanks app but still I couldn’t use internet and when I called to executive I got weird answers from them stating I have consumed all 50 gb of data in 2 hours and that is the reason it’s not reflecting.

Later, I requested a call back from supervisor, his name is ARNAV. This guy he also says the same that data is been used. Tell me how can a person use 50 gb of data in two hours… when I was fed up with the calls calling you guys, I asked arnav to help me out with nearest Airtel store then he said we have Begumpet store open till 7:00pm yesterday. Despite of being rain I have travelled all 6km from my location to the store and I got to see that store is closed. This is all what fake information and commitments you guys gave me under brand name of AIRTEL.

After seeing store closed, I called back again and this time I spoke to person named ANAS. He said he was sorry for what all happen and escalate this issue. For being data to be worked he said I should get data booster activated again newly.. I informed him please escalate the issue where my 50gb data has gone and for now activate a new booster pack. As said he removed all existing data booster and activated boaster pack of Rs.500 which gives 90gb of data(this was done last night). Now when I checked my Airtel thanks app I see data left over is 6667.6MB.

After seeing all this shocks back to back, I have called customer care again couple of minutes back and I spoke to RAHUL. This time I got again nee info that I have 37GB of data left in my account but my app shows in MB and other interesting thing is when I activated of 90GB data booster, where did 60 GB data gone.

I have asked for call back from supervisor and this time I spoke to agent called KEERTHI. She said she have created a task and raised a ticket for call back from immediate manager/supervisor. But I didn’t get any call and this time she gave a fake promise and commitment. Is this the way you treat customers and give false statements??

Am really sorry to say that you guys are fooling around and agents are playing around with customers who are associated as valued customer to you guys from more than 5+years. This is really disappointing and I need immediate resolution on this.
