I have a family account with 4 numbers. I get as per plan 240gb data every month. The usage shown by the Airtel Thanks app. is much higher than it actually is. As of today the app. shows a usage of 132 gb. All my 4 phones which record the data usage for the current bill cycle shows 104 gb. The actual usage as per the Customer. Svc. Exe. Is lower than 104gb, but she would not give me the figure.
I have moved from Vodafone to Airtel on 15th of Sept. 21. In the very first month, they cut off my data saying I had consumed all my data. On actual checking , found that I had about 85gb balance. Repeated complaints to the Cust. Svc by phone and emails have not resolved this issue of mine. I hope this complaint will resolve my issue.
