It’s been a week since I am facing problem of data usage. Even though I don’t even use any kind of net pack,I don’t even on my mobile data,still everytime I get txt messages from airtel that my data is consumed by 90%.How is it even possible just by turning on the internet just for 10min or like that I don’t even use my net pack.Still the data gets consumed.
And many a times I don’t even get range on my phone .So I miss a lots of phone calls.A day or more I just can’t even use the my airtel services properly.It is completely unsatisfactory if I can’t use even my services of both recharge of phone as well as internet.
I am hoping for a solution for this problem from your side as it’s not fair with any customer to invest money and this kind of service being provided. I want you to satisfy my problems asap.
