Airtel is stealing my data from my data provided with my pack . I just uses 30-40MB midnight and in the morning they said i have consumed around 500MB . I waited for the data consumption to be updated but it didn’t. So i call customer care . Customer care executive are like moron , they don’t know even basic of their job , how they hire them , no qualification , only money or with the help of some middleman . So i asked him to transfer call to their senior. Senior just said we have information of data used by me and no nothing else . I’m regular user of internet and i always keep a eye on my data usage . How could they do show , yes they can when no one gives a shit about the complaint registered in a consumer court . It’s not just they steal my data and I’m here to complaint, they keeps on doing this for years to many users , to me too for months. I used to ignore most of the times but this is somewhat frustrating. I don’t even hope you would do something, whole system is corrupted.
