Text of Complaint by Shafath butt:

Airtel without my consent upgraded my plan from 249 to ₹299. When I objected to their fraud, the put me back on my previous plan with a weave rod ₹70 and pledged that there will be no problem in this( the recoding of which you can check). I had 300 GB of rollover data, however, few days back I received a message that my data has expired. When I raised the issue with customer care, they told me that data has been deleted after I downgraded the plan. The truth is that their executive assured me that no data will be lost, instead I was put in dark that I will have all the previous benefits of plan ₹249. Now the Airtel is telling me that I have lost data after downgrading and there is not any plan like ₹249 now. How is my plan 249₹ still working. Why was I given a weaver of ₹70 and put back on my original plan.
All these things point clearly to the fact that Airtel has stolen my data.
If Airtel doesn’t compensate me with all my previous data of 300GB, I will be compelled to raise the issue even further
