Text of Complaint by Nisha Mukherjee Roy:

I have two airtel sims, on 11-07-2023 on my 1st sim it showed 50% data consumed within an hour of usage where I only listen to podcast in youtube in low video quality and within next half-an-hour it showed your data fully consumed. I switched to my 2nd airtel sim data, I switched at 1pm, internet didnot work and it was only bufferrring whatever i tried to use and at 1:10pm i received message from airtel that 50% data is consumed and within a minute I received message that your data is 90% consumed. This is happening very frequently. So I called customer care and explained they gave the call to their supervisor she is advising me on how to use internet!!! All my settings are over wifi and no hotspot is on, she is advising me to use any nearby wifi if my mobile data is not working. Wow!!! What A Great advice by an airtel customer care supervisor that I never knew in my lifetime and took all the hassle to learn this only from her!!! She said the information for why my data is being theft by airtel on both the sims is not available on her system and so she cannot help me anyway. Hence I have attached the screenshots of the timing of messages that I have received from airtel for both my sims for the data consumed. Airtel has the worst service, data thieves and no customer service at all. They take money and internet, network also does not work.
