I used ring app in july took loan only once and paid it off then deleted the app. But after one month he said to pay your loan amount through SMS. When I contacted the customer care he said pay the money next time this won’t happen. I also paid the loan, but I did not apply for the loan. Again they have cheated me by using my details and taking the money themselves. They have cheated me time and again even though I have complained many times. Like this I have paid twice. He said he will return the money. First I lost 8500 then 11676 rupees but they have not done anything till now. Repeated complaints to no avail. Now they are bothering me by asking me to pay 10903. I requested to delete my details but without deleting they used it and took the money and cheated me again.
