I have had a postpaid number with Airtel since many years now. My plan was for Rs 499 per month with 75 GB data per month. Data was on roll over basis. Had accumulated 830 GB till June. They took away all my data saying roll over policy has changed its limit to only 200 GB. No prior information or mail was sent to me informing the same. It’s like Airtel is cheating its postpaid customers with new rules to make it suitable to them. Now they are also saying different states of the country will have different rules. They are not even replying to my mails.
