I am Ajith Kumar P. I have raised many complaints regarding data speed issues in airtel network in my area since March 2020….Some executives from airtel customer care have came to check speed issues in July 2020 ……But still there is no problem sloved by the airtel network in my area.Here we many airtel network consumers are facing this problem…….In our area they providing 2g speed… instead of 4g volte speed in my area(But as a customer we are paying for 4g volte data speed)…….Kindly do needful for us to solve the data speed problem in our area…….
