We are staying in Ooramana, Kolenchery, Kerala, and we have 4 Airtel sims. Non of the sims get range and we have to sit in one spot to get a single bar. Also the 4G data speed is very low and we were forced to buy a jio sim for online classes. Most of our important calls do not get connected to our phones. We had registered numerous complaints regarding this but after a few days they message us saying the issue has been resolved.
Airtel has also claimed that being a “platinum” member the Data speed would increase but even that didnt work and we are paying Rs 1100 every month.
