I have a fixed broadband line with 6 months paid up plan and the number is 0124 4054030 . As per agreed I am promised with 300 MBps speed with 300 GB data allocation per month . Also during one of my service request , you technician told me that provided modem would be replaced with better one as the present inventory of modem and adapter are having multiple complaints . Since it is a COVId period , I didn’t do any follow up for almost 3 months . My speed is not going beyond 80 mbps compared to the promised 300 mbps also my data usage is showing higher then my historical trends prior to switching to this plan . Kindly provide necessary resolution on urgent basis .
