Text of Complaint by Tshifhiwa Maswoba:

I ordered Telkom Data SIM Card for 60GB which is 30GB day and 30 Night. Up until todate I have not received anything but they called me and sent me a debicheck to confirm. They debited twice an amount of R89,99. So this is forcing me to change the account as I cannot pay for what I do not have. My bank cannot help me.

  1. ??????‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️I think this is a scam because me too they deduct my money R99 but i didn’t receive any sim data from them n i will change my bank account bcz i go to the branch to reverse my money they said i must call them

  2. I think Moblestore is a scam and they working with Banks if anyone with their contact details please share i need to contacy them and cancel a debit order since my bank can’t help

  3. They also deducted R119 into my account it cannot be disputed nor stopped I have tried to call their numbers it does not go through I called capitec to help me they said there is nothing they can do about it unless that company itself decide to give my money back what’s this ????
