It is appalling that no one in either Airtel Store or Call center was able to resolve my issue of data service not working on my Airtel 4G Hotspot. Despite having a balance of 530GB of data I was suggested to downgrade plan and give away the data balance. Thats hiw Airtel works. They will suggest a downgrade as the existing plan would have expired and they’ll eat the balance too…
I agreed for the sake of atleast having continuity in service. Else i will not be able to as Airtel had discontinued the plan and services cant be restored under that plan.
My plan changed, data balance lost however data services still not restored.
Folks are only interested in taking complaints BUT NO RESOLUTION!!!
I wonder what they’re up to…
Oh yes, they’re busy with TV Ads I see!!!
Who on earth will solve my issue…probably gods will need to come down…as they anyways need a savior admist the competition they face.
