From 1:30 AM on wards my data services has stopped working and i am unable browse the internet.

i have tried rebooting my phone,Ejecting the sim from phone and re-inserted and still same issue.

then i have contacted to Airtel Customer care  121 at 2:36 AM and one of the executive had explained that as per my plan i will get 5 GB of data and additional 20 GB of data on which 5 GB data got completed and the additional 20 GB data was not activated it will get activated 2 hrs like that.

Then i have waited 2 hrs and again called to the same customer care 121 at 4:36 AM and that executive also explained the same scenario and he said it will 24 hrs to resolve the issue. and the wait continues

Today at 9:58 AM i got a message saying that

“Dear Customer, with reference to the service request no.88452829 , the data speed issue has been rectified for your Airtel number. You may start using the services” so then i have started browsing something and the issue still persists.

i would like to know the below questions to be answered.

1. Why the issue has been resolved without contacting a customer ?
2. what complaint i have registered and what they have mentioned in their notes?
3. Why each executive words are changing?

Again at 1:57 PM i have contacted same Airtel customer care and after 15 mins i have got the line from senior supervisor and she explained the same scenario and she was now explaining that we have some issue with your current plan the additional 20 GB is not getting activated our backend team is working on it and not sure on ETA when it resolves. You better change the plan to resume the services .
