Hi, I am suffering from Airtel data usage for last 7-8 months. Regarding this issue i have registered several complains, write multiple mails & discussed over phone with Customer care executives, Nodal officers. But issue not yet resolved. Below are the registered complaint details. I am paying rental month on month but not getting proper service.
Now I wish to go back to my old plan (499/-) without secondary number from my current plan (749/-) & carry forward all my balance data, else resolve the issue within 48 hours.
if not done, i have no choice other than port to other network.
