Hi Sir. Ma’am,
I am facing issues with the DATA services on my Phone.
I am getting Poor speed in the name of 4G AIRTEL. Very Poor Services.
Currently I am in a roaming area (Home Town) and unable to use the DATA services . The Signal is showing quite Good but unfortunately I am getting disconnection very frequently to use the DATA services.
This issue was reported from last one month.
No solution yet…still not a single SR is closed..False commitments given and I m getting poor service.
Please get this check on priority,.
I also logged the complaints but unfortunately still they are in Progress but no solution yet. Eevn it was mentioned that it will be resolved in 8 Days but no LUCK.
