My previous plan with airtAi broadband had 3300 GB of data. But the speed was 1Mbps so we thought of changing the plan to 699 plan with 40Mbps speed only on the condition that the data will roll over
I called the customer care to see what plan offers data rollover facility. They recommended the 699 pm plan. After confirming that entire data will roll over atleast 3 times over the customer care call we agreed to change the plan
The plan got changed today however the data didn’t roll over. When the customer care was reached again they said it is not possible to roll over any data, maybe someone miscommunicated to me. Now our entire 3300 GB data is lost. The use of Airtel is that they provide data roll over which is why we opted for Airtel or else we could have gone for any other data provider
Now they are denying their usp of data roll over itself
