Dear Sir/Madam,
I had done a recharge of Rs.98 on 7385809501 on the 20-May-2020. As per the offer that was stated at that point of time was that I would receive 12 gb data which would be valid till the end of the existing pack (that is, 30-Nov-2020). However, this balance of 12 gb is not being seen in my airtel account anymore. Can you please check this and have the data reinstated to my account at the earliest.
