I have written many email and tried calling the IVR but it was of NO help to me, issue was data recharge of Rs.118/- was not reflecting even after waiting for few days, so finally I had to switch to Jio connection and I have unused calling balance also left with airtel during the time of porting my number to Jio is there any way I can claim that amount
