Text of Complaint by Debashis Chowdhury:

On 1st July,2020 I have made a data recharge of Rs.98 for 12 GB data on my no.8420294172 by using SBI FREEDOM REWARDZ point and the transaction was successful as per SBI FREEDOM REWARDZ and they have also mailed me in this regard. But I have not received 12 GB data in my mobile no.  and I have not received any SMS or mail from airtel.I made several complaint to you to different platform of airtel.

Hence I request to solve the problem as early as possible.
