Dear jio, I think I am getting cheated on data quota. I am getting message that I have exhausted 90%of 2gb data without getting 50% message not only that I always get a 2 gb booster together with 1 month 2gb pack. One day i received a message that I have used up all my 2 gb on 8:15 pm , but I still had my 2 gb booster so it was ok but then I received a message saying that I exhausted 90% data on 10: 57 pm that also without getting the message that I have exhausted 50% . That was really surprising I mean I was just watching YouTube and I got the message that I have exhausted all my 2gb data on just 2 or 3 hours, the same 2 gb data which would last whole day when I took online class all day and also used social media and it was not even daily data pack it was extra 2gb like what the hell .
Lastly I would like to request you that stop frauding on daily data quota and also recharge or booster
