I visited Airtel store on 1st August bcoz my data was fully consumed. I met Shivani at Airtel store and I have requested her to change my plan to 1349 which gives me 180 GB of data plus DTH connection. To give temporary solution, she added data booster on my number bcoz it will take 1-2 days to get plan effective and then only i will get 180 GB data.
I have not received that 180 GB data and in 2 days, that temporary data got exhausted and then again I approached her at Rajouri garden store, she checked with her seniors and reported my problem to technical team. Again, she added another data booster for temporary solution.
This keeps on going for another 3-4 days, she keep on adding data booster as I am not able to get new data as per my new plan and it is also not showing in my airtel app. Then on 11th August, she informed me that you already used all 180 GB data, to this I am surprised that how I can used all data without adding to my package. She said that she got mail from technical team that it got credited on 2nd August and I have consumed 20 GB data daily in addition to data boosters.
Airtel is cheating all its customer for Data as they know many people are working from Home and will use more data. They have not added any data and said you have already used this. This is such low grade statement from Airtel and I got fed up from their services.
I have called their call centers so many times and visited at Rajouri garden airtel store but they make fool of people instead of helping them.
As per them, I have almost used 300 GB (180 plan + boosters) in 10 days whereas I have shared my screenshots to her that I have hardly used 10 GB data in 10 days. Such a pathetic service by Airtel is not expected.
