Dear Nigeria Data Protection Bureau,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against a digital loan application called CashBus, which operates under the name Raceova Nigeria Limited (as shown on their designated repayment account).
Since May 2025, this platform has engaged in gross violations of my data privacy rights, including:
Unlawful access to my private phone contacts
Unauthorized use of my contact list to send defamatory and abusive messages
Circulation of AI-generated nude and false images bearing my face to my contacts
Persistent blackmail and cyber-harassment from multiple phone numbers connected to their agents
Attempts to destroy my professional reputation by labeling me as a sex worker and other false accusations
These actions were taken without my consent and are a direct violation of my rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
I am a registered nurse based in Ibusa, Delta State, and this continuous defamation and breach of privacy has endangered my career, family life, and emotional well-being.
Despite factory-resetting my phone and using apps like Truecaller, they have continued to send messages, indicating that my data may have been stored, backed up, or transferred illegally.

๐ I am requesting:
1. A full investigation into CashBus and its parent company (Raceova Nigeria Ltd)
2. Confirmation on whether this company is in breach of Nigeriaโs Data Protection laws
3. Enforcement actions, including sanctions or shutdown, if violations are proven
4. Legal action for damages suffered from the privacy breach, defamation, and mental distress
I am ready to submit screenshots, audio evidence, contact messages, and other supporting documents upon your request.
Thank you for your time and urgent attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Grace Akporobaro Oghenekevwe
Ibusa, Delta State
