I took loan from loanU app from Google play and hector lendkaro private limited company has tied up with this company
When I took loan on repayment time I got stuck is major financial distress and 2 days latter our government announced lockdown due to covid 19 so all income has stop so rbi has give some relief that borrowers will be get time to pay due till August and no one can forced him because all know current situation very well
But before 2 days I got msg from 8882023873 this no this no shows as lend karo
He what’s app me all my contacts details wich he theft my phone and ask for due I said sir I have no money right now and rbi has given time to pay due till August end so pls wait but if possible to arrange before I will pay on the day when I get but he said no
First day he called my 10 relatives and then call back me and again ask for money
Second day he called another 10 relative and abuse them
I mail to loanU app but I did not get reply
I told him that I request your company that pls follow rbi guidelines pls wait for reply
He said THAT WE HAVE OUR OWN RULES WE DON’T KNOW ANY RBI OR INDIAN GOVERNMENT
Pls help me sir
