I have taken the loan of amount Rs. 2000/- from lendkaro mobile app & they disbursed the Rs. 1650/- (approx) in my account. When due date is came their staff called me for repayment & I said at this moment I am going through financial crisis. So, unable to pay full amount & later I was paid Rs. 900/- in his personal bank account. After few days they called my relatives for loan repayment. However, I never share his number in loan application form which is filled by online from lendkaro mobile app. They access my all contacts list from mobile & called him. Secondly they talking very rudely & said I have called him your relatives. If such thing happened then it means they access all data in mobile on the name of grant permission & misuse photos, videos, messages etc in future.
They breach the privacy agreement & it’s cyber crime under u/s 72 of the IT Act. I have call recordings of the conversation where he accepted the such thing happen. Kindly take strict action against such company who breach the privacy agreement of the customer.
