On 7 sept 2020 I recharge my mobile no. With a data plan of 398 rupee but it has not been activated yet and after several attempts to reach the customer care I am unable to talk to their support team. They have deducted 398 rupees from my account but still no service i.e 3 gb data per day has not been given yet.
