Dear, 2498 Rs. pack is for 365 days unlimited calls and 2.0Gb/day internet call including 100sms per day.

i had recharged with 2498 as my account balance is going to expiry.

but my mobile was recharged with 420 days validity instead of 365 day, but there is no data available, which is showing 0 (Zero) data available. for my assistance there is only available 121 , which is simply telling you have no account balance for internet and you have to recharge for getting internet. (even i called thru mail its is simply asking to go for airtel thanks app, which is useless in this situation.

Dear ask the airtel to manage proper recharging and there should be no customer irritations.
