I have noticed that on sundays, the Jio network reducing the data packs (2Gb data pack reduces to 500Mb) without any usage of the network. I informed the customer care too, they are not responding well saying that, it’s not our problem.
So file a consumer complaint on the Jio network for ‘stealing data packs on every Sunday without using network.’
please solve this issue as immediately
