Sir.
I recharged for Rs.251/- on 17/03/2021 11.47 pm to my airtel number which stated 50 gb data and validity NA (Not Applicable). I never used it and later data showed ‘0’ balance the next day. I called Customer care and escalated the issue. But they said like the validity is current pack validity which never showed me while doing recharge and my current pack got over on 18/03/2021. So my data pack for Rs.251/- also got over without using it. Kindly do the favour.
