Text of Complaint by Amal Sankar:

On 1st Dec(2020) I recharged my phone for 98,which gives 12 GB internet till the validity of my existing pack.Until now it has been 5 days I have only used 8.08gb and my 12bg is not available when i am over with my daily data. When I check balance there is no info about the 12gb why??I haven’t used it
