This is my below email complaint sent to Airtel.

 

Hi Airtel,

 

I have recently upgraded from 999 rs plan to 1599 rs plan just because I was promised 500 gb data.

 

I made this change in mid of the Mar month so, I paid 775 rs approximately to you for the days I have used your services.

 

This upgrade was done by Rukhsar which is a representative from Camp Airtel store through Airtel Hotline number, when this upgrade was done I was already having 80 gb data approximately from previous plan.

 

I was told by Rukhsar that this 80 gb data will be carry forwarded and when the new plan gets activated I will be having 500 gb data and 80 gb of the previous plan and she confirmed this with the hotline team on the call while doing the upgrade.

 

Then, I waited for 2 days but I didn’t receive those 80 gb so, I called 198 and the call representative asked me to wait for 4 days, I am surprised if it really takes 4 days then why Rukhsar didn’t inform me about the SLA to me.

 

Today, I went to your store again to check with Rukhsar, she spoke to another store representative Suraj and advised us to speak with hotline team.

 

I got one of your Airtel Hotline team agent on the call, she was not helpful at all and she never gave her name to me when I asked her twice or thrice on the call, later on Bhagyashree came on the call and she asked me to speak with 121 team, I denied because I felt I was being thrown from pillar to post, then when was she not able to loose me on the call so, eventually she asked me to bring the store manager on the call.

 

Shahbaaz, the store manager spoke to Bhagyashree and even the store manager said that miss information was provided to the customer by Airtel Hotline team so, they should do something about it, then Bhagyashree said she will talk to her manager and call me but it’s been 2 hours and I didn’t receive any call from her.

 

I have paid for the services in mid of the month so, I want full services from you, I need those 80 gb data in my account or kindly waive 775 Rs from my next month bill.

 

Now, whatever you agree to do for me, kindly provide me in writing which I will be using as a proof. My experience is impacted because of misinformation from Hotline or Store team about the 80 gb data and false call promise from Bhagyashree, which have made me to not to trust your customer service team.

 

I need a complaint number for this and want it to be opened until this is fixed.
