I am postpaid customer. My 150 gb is not credited for last bill cycle. I complained 5 times but no resolution. Data is not credited, but bill is generated. Bill is for both data and calls. I want 500 rs. Plus tax as refund in my bill, because i am in 999 plan and i get unlimited calls and 150gb per month, so, half amount in my bill i should be waived off plus taxes.
