Sir, my mobile # 7305761369.

Yesterday, at around 12 O’clock, I made a recharge to my wife’s mobile # 7358413347 with ₹98 for data of 12 GB, through online using my debt card. Money was deducted from my account. Also, the following message was received by 7358413347:

“Recharge of Rs. 98.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 7358413347.Txn ID: 200629771493. This payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference. ”

But, so far, data is not yet added to the account as we are unable to brows internet.

Please take the appropriate action immediately.
