I’m Chanchal Prakash Agarwal, I using prepaid mobile number 8859775304 which currently belongs to Airtel but 2 months earlier it was belongs to Vodafone. I had port my number from Vodafone to Airtel due to I’m facing issues in data network connectivity in Vodafone but since I had ported in Airtel it is much better from Vodafone but not satisfactory because many times in whole day connectivity is not stable and my official work gets pending due to this. when connectivity has lost then it goes for long period as 30 minutes/1hour/3 hours and so on.I have logged a compliant through Airtel Thanks App but no response I got received against that. then again I logged a new complaint on 17/08/20 by your coustomer care number 121 with a complaint no. C4GSP20817361097 but they not given me satisfactory answer.
