My data is showing mismatch. In this month 68.9GB is shown in the airtel thanks app in 05/03/2022. In the same day 12:06 am checked the app it’s shown 48.9 GB balance. Attaching the screen shot for your reference . This issue am informed to 198 and Aluva airtel store. These two teams are informed to me this data am used. They are not at all checked them properly. Am shown to them the screen shot also. But they are not accepting it. Same issue am informed to airtel kadavanthra store. One lady she is informed will check will update it within two days. Still not receive any update. Again am visited to same store they manager has informed she is in leave. He raising the complaint will take up within two days.
