I had booked flight with Goibibo for travelling in May which got cancelled somehow. I was trying to reach out them but they were unresponsive. Suddenly one day, I got call on the name of Goibibo and representative gave me my booking reference, and asked to help for the refund. After that call 2,00,000 was deducted from my account and when I reached out to Goibio they were saying that it was a systematic cyber crime. As a service provider, it is their responsbility to protect consumer confidential information which they failed. Here, I am seeking for the refund from the company as data was leak from their side.
