Hi
I am tired of complaining to VI customer service they are just useless, don’t have any process knowledge. They are unable to guve resolution
1.i have 3 VI number where unable to use 4g data and volte.. Continues there is drop in network connectivity
2. company provides data rollover offer where im unable to use the weekend roll over data from last 1month
3. The customer service executives are not giving any response in call simply they keeping quiet and telling wait for 1 hour 2 hour.. Issue will resolve but no use..
Told to transfer call to senior advisor but simply they are keeping my call on hold
- VI making people fool.. Drastic service provider
