Last 2 days my data flow in my mobile is too low when o check with download speed it shows 91bps and when I called customer care the agent was not professional and he is reacting what he say and I lost my 1.49gb data on the whole day even I had issue when I change my 3g sim to 4g sim for nearly 5 days I’m out calls and out of internet so I pay 399rs plan but these guys are not giving what I subscribed it makes me mentally upset so need my data which I lost immediately to be carry forwarded
