You say there is a problem in my area for the network error issue. This has been going on for the third day today(27.09.24) and you are also adding the days where network is not working to the days of the data pack validity days(for me is 84). But, I can’t use the data from the sim card nor from the jiofiber. You’re clearly cheating. Give me a satisfactory answer for this. Just don’t charge that day where the network is not available because the fault lies on your side. So, fix this or increase my pack validity for 3 days.
