I have been experiencing Data/ Internet issues for past 3 days. I am only able to access 4G Data when there’ power and it disconnects when there’ power cut, which is happening frequently. I have called Customer Care and have only received ASSURANCES, but no support/ feedback provided on the work or rectification of data. Kinda fed-up with the same poor service & support I received whenever I have a complaint. Upon that IVR service is poor. The first time, I called, I was told that I am not using a 4G phone, whereas I am using the best & latest model phone. I am planning to change/ port my number to another tele-co, if this persists.
