Today at midnight I have used only 1.gb. Data my plan is 2 gb /day but later the message came data exusted 100%. Auto Sync in setting is already off. If we call to customer care no option to call them to solve. They are just going hungry on Money. When I call them it say recharge rs48. Whereas it already active happened with me 2 time recharged on 3 July ? this type of rubbish thing they are doing. And they offer at midnight 12 am to 6 am there is free data upto 1 gb then why my data exusted ? at night it was 50 %. Time :1:45 am. I sleep at 2 am. When I wake up @ 9 am. Message came@ 8:45 was 90% used I turned of mobile data @2 am only then how it’s 90 % now what to do this type of problem
