Text of Complaint by Pratik Rawat:

I generally buy 3 months plan of 1.5GB/day or 2GB/day. Inspite of it I have to buy extra data packs 3-4 times too. First in morning and then around at 6PM to 8PM without any files downloading or streaming much, guess what 90% data used. I mean as a user I know what could exhaust much and what’s not. And it’s not the story of any day but everyday. I checked everything on my phone’s settings and delete every unused app. Not having any social media other than YouTube. I informed Airtel customer service on this matter but they aren’t very helpful too. Before Airtel I was using JIO and basically every service provider but didn’t faced any trouble ever with them. I’m sure problem is from their end. I just want to know is their a solution or should I move on to next step. Please.
