I got a call from company FormScience Enterprise they said we are data entry work from home company . We provide part time job. We don’t charge any thing as registration fee. They took my Aadhaar Card, photo and signature and gave me an agreement. They said to work for 4 days in a month with 440 pages. After I completed the work, they called me and told they filled a case against me saying I didn’t complete the work accurately. Upon checking it, I found I did everything correctly and it is a complete fraud. She sent me these Whatsapp messages,

This intimation Letter informs you that ” Formscience Enterprise ” can file a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or QC FAIL then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
We are in the Legal Department. This email is to inform you that you have failed/not submitted. Then according to the terms & conditions , If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal action against you.

I am calling from legal department you taken the work from FORM SCIENCE you received 440 forms but you didn’t complete your work with 90% accuracy as per rules already told you if your work is not complete then you have to pay penalty charges 6700/- and if you want cancel then you call to helpline or mail and pay cancellation charges within 24 hours if you will not pay then your agreement is consider as continue and complete your 440 forms if your work is not complete then you have to pay penalty charges 6700/-…
now if you want sort-out your matter out of court so you have to pay a penalty amount 6700/- within 20 mint otherwise you will face it legally
As you have denied to close the case by paying the portal and maintenance charges according to the contract which was signed by you. We have to proceed legally and your case will be filed in GUJARAT district court. You will be charged under sec 73,74 and 75 as per the Indian contract act you need to pay admin charges + notice charges above than 165700/-
