I am a student . One day a lady called me and talked with me about the work of Data Entry Work From Home. She said me about the work that they will provide me a part time job of Data Entry of 600 forms which I have to complete in 6 days and after the complition of work they will give me a sum of rs 18000 as salary that means 30 rs per form as I am a student I thought it is a good thing by which I can earn my pocket money so, I started working on it and before starting the work they asked me to give the photo of my adharcard and a online sign “e-signature” through my phone I did as they ask and I started working. On the last day of my given time period of work “6th” day when I completed 598 forms and proceed for another then the interface came in my phone which showed ” server eror out of range ” and after that it was not working and on the next day they called me on whatsapp and asked about work and then I said them about all the problems she said me that our technician will call you and solve your problem and after some time one man called me on whatsapp and he was technician and told me that your 2 forms submited blank or went space / pressed enter and said me to pay fine of Rs 3999 which I paid and then they gave me new Id and told me to complete work and after that I completed work and informed that I have completed and then on another day they called me again and said me that your accuracy is 82 percent which is supposed to be 90 which means only 60 incorrect forms are allowed and I have gone across it so I have to pay 7999 rs and I denied for the payment and I said to her that I don’t have money then she told me to pay 4000 rs only and 4000 she will manage by talking with her head and then I paid this amount also and after some hours she called me again and told me to pay more 4000 rs if not then they will take legal action on me and they send me a agreement also in which there was my e-sign and the agreement was made on 100rs stamp and a stamp of dated 23 dec. 2019 and it is 05 july 2023. I thought that it is a fraud and they started threatning me about legal proceedings and then I blocked them from whatsapp and then they mailed me a notice which is as follows:-

This is to inform you that, we legal department has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated by our client end that you have signed. Now, we have verified your case found that you have breached the conditions of the said agreement. The agreement is governed under sections 73, 74, 75 and others of The Indian Contract Act and relevant provisions of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation AIFF Act, 1996, therefore if you fail to make payment for the losses occurred to our client then clause 17 of the said agreement shall be invoked against you. We are serious for our client and loss of their work. Further criminal proceedings u/s 406, 420 and other relevant sections of Indian Penal Code shall be initiated against you, if you abscond from the situation.
Your attention is sought in this regards that in the event of your failure to pay the amount what our client is demanding, you will be penalized to pay double the amount and further a legal notice will be issued to you by our advocate. Still, you fail to pay this amount then we will call upon you here for legal proceedings.
Our client is a sole proprietor and if you don’t follow any of our advice then, provisions of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be invoked against you. Thereafter competent Court will select an Arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay an amount in tune of Rs.100000 INR- or more for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.

Kindly beplease take some legal action and give them a punishment so that they won’t play with the middle class students. They are literally torturing which leads to depression. Please punish them and don’t let others to trap into their nest.
