I have applied for a job on quickr for data entry and after some days I got a call from company called Wifinity and they told me that they can pay me for form filling or typing job and I do not have to pay any amount. They provided me link but never mentioned anything about any contract or agreement that I have to pay any penalty for certain amount if I did not finish my work. They asked for my adhar card and i have sent them by whatsapp and they sent me a link but did not mention anything else about any penalty and after 30 days i got a legal notice in whatsapp that I have to pay penalty for not completing my work. Plase help me with this.
